Android Market updated to Play Shop

Today while browsing through my phone I suddenly notice Android Market is updated to Play Shop.

I am not sure what was the cause for same.

Only things I could say that ,

Recenlt I have updated my android frayo 2.2 to Gingerbread 3.6.4 , and updated with samsung apps.
